What happens if my mask arrives damaged?
Every order is fully insured, and each mask is carefully packed in impact-resistant packaging.
In the rare case your mask arrives damaged, just contact us at contact@theterrorlab.com with a photo of the issue.
We’ll replace it or refund you immediately — no horror stories, we promise.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can check its status anytime on our website via the "Track My Order" tab.
