At The Terror Lab, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find all relevant details about our shipping process.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Select other international destinations

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout before completing your payment.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5 to 13 business days
- International Orders: 7 to 21 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier performance, customs clearance, and seasonal volume.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
You can follow your shipment on our Track My Order page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Delays & Disruptions
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs, extreme weather, or seasonal surges. These circumstances are beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@theterrorlab.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and may offer a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
